This dossier supplies a good beginning
to start working about the problems that consumers find
out in the national and European regulating laws, in
order to generate their demands in their different contexts
of performing: national, regional and local.
To carry out this task, we have started from the study
of the reality of the market and the Spanish and European
regulation. In particular, the analysis has been systematised
from four tools that shape each one of the subjects
of the dossier: documentation, national and European
legislation and dicta.

rigorousness and that contribute to focus and define
the profiles of the subject dealt with and that
is useful as a assumptions for their discussion
and study.

rigorous selection of texts and passages of laws
of the Spanish financial regulations that in a specific
way mention the regulation of right and duties of
the users of financial products and services. |

European Legislation:
The regulation about that, which regulates the financial
sector that expressly mentions the European citizen
as a client user of these users. |

Dicta: the climax
of the critical discussion, the result of coordination
in the study of problems of consumers of financial
services and products. They arise with the aim to
offer specific proposals of performing in the legal
framework of rights users defence. |
