Symposium:
"Consumer Credit and English Schools Crisis. 2003"

Agenda
It can be said that all a generation of consumers is suffering the
severity of a true financial fraud. The contracting of a language
course were sometimes bound with a financial contract. This kind
of operations profit financial institutions in an important way
. Other ways of payments, as the instalments, with or without extra
charge have gone far away, since these were contracted with the
company that rendered the service. The financial institutions realised
that, taking advantage of the confusing regulation regarding consumer
credit, the chance to market some credit in which they lost all
unpayment possibility, as the client have to pay always, having
got or not the service or product that is financed.
In
this research, we are going to intend to throw light on some of
the questions that more affect and worry to who contract a consumer
credit. Through a rigorous analysis of the Spanish and European
regulations, sentences and reports, ADICAE sets at the disposal
of all consumer this fundamental Dossier in order to understand
the current issue of consumer credit.
