BANKING AND INSURANCE PRODUCTS
7. Investment in tangible goods

Investment in tangible goods:
Consumer access to non-regulated markets.

The free market economy is helping to create more and more varied ways to invest. But this does not mean that there has to be a “deregulation” that could risk investors’ security in terms of their rights and their economic interests.

Law 46/1984 of 26th December that regulates collective investment in Spain, states the following: “the financial system reform has pursued the free acting of Institutions in the market, compatible with investors’ security. Besides, it promotes and facilitates complementary relationships between different assets and financial markets.
