Furthermore, buying a house involves the use of one of the most important banking products in the world: the mortgage credit, because few people have enough money to pay the whole amount in cash. Even when someone has the money, it is more convenient to get a mortgage credit for tax purposes. This article makes an interesting study about one question forgotten by the European Union: the creation of a single European mortgage market favourable to consumers.
